Responsibilities: • Facilitate daily scrum meetings and other Agile ceremonies • Coach the team on Agile best practices • Monitor and track team progress against sprint goals • Identify and manage risks and impediments • Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders • Assist in sprint planning and retrospective sessions • Maintain up-to-date documentation of the Agile process Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • At least 1 year of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile role • Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.) • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification • Experience with Agile tools and software (JIRA, Trello, etc.) • Experience with distributed and/or remote teams • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
